As Team Lead Medium Caliber Projects - Integrated Effector Solutions (m/w/d) you take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of a project group within the field of mission systems for combat vehicles. The successful management of complex development and customer projects as well as the technical support and further development of the project managers (m/w/d) assigned to you are the focal point. With your technical and methodological understanding, you create the conditions for a powerful project organization and make a significant contribution to the success of our project portfolio. Your tasks: Professional and disciplinary leadership of a project group as well as individual development and promotion of your employees (m/w/d) Responsibility for the operational management of the project portfolio including resource, time, cost and performance management and analysis of relevant KPIs Support and mentoring of project managers in complex project issues and ensuring efficient and successful project execution Identification and implementation of optimization potentials in processes, methods and project structures for the sustainable increase of project performance Active participation in the further development of the responsibility area by introducing operational expertise in strategic, business development and offering activities

Successfully completed technical studies in the fields of economic engineering, business management or systems engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the management of complex technical development projects in the field of defence or, for example, special machine construction or project management certification level C according to GPM standard First experience in the technical and disciplinary leadership and further development of project teams Embossed technical system understanding, analytical thinking and a structured and solution-oriented method Very good knowledge of German and English
