Successive Takeover of Responsibility for SAP Regulatory Operation as part of a regulated age succession Preparation of the takeover of the responsibility of ERP Management in the field of digitalization & IT Function as a central contact person between ERP management, departments and management Active support for continuous training and further development of employees Advising the departments in the optimization & adaptation of SAP business processes Definition and definition of uniform SAP standards within the group of companies (including programming, system usage, methods, tools and name conventions) Planning, organizing and organizing regular meetings in ERP Management Forming the interface function with external service providers and system providers Preparation of decision templates for management Participation in the preparations for the transition to SAP S/4 and the management of SAP (partial) projects Support of VP Digitization & IT in strategic, organisational and operational tasks

Successfully completed studies in computer science, engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual expertise in the SAP environment with focus on SAP R/3 and/or SAP S/4 Extensive knowledge in the field of SAP base as well as the modules SD, MM, PP and WM Knowledge of development with ABAP and ideally experiences with SAP FIORI and SAP workflows Experience in transformation, migration or introduction projects in the SAP environment Analytical and solution-oriented thinking with high problem-solving competence Communication strength, team spirit and self-responsibility Valuable and supportive team collaboration High readiness and motivation to actively shape changes Willingness to continue training and personal development
