You manufacture individual parts, prototypes and small series (approximately 1–50 pieces)

You serve and equip modern 5-axis CNC milling machines (Hermle, Mikron)

You create, optimize and adapt CNC programs and actively improve manufacturing processes

You use vibration and wear optimization for critical components

You carry out independent testing of the manufactured components with common measuring devices

You have a completed training as machining mechanic, CNC milling cutter or a comparable finish

You have good knowledge of aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, inconel and CFRP/hybrid materials

You bring experience with individual parts, prototypes and small series production with extremely short throughput times

You have very good control skills with Heidenhain TNC 640 and ITNC 530
