• After an exciting introduction to different restaurant locations, you will take over the role of the group management of Café Bar (m/w/d) from the opening of the new restaurant in Bad Friedrichshall.
• Guided tour of cafe bar staff as well as ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient processes
• Active and service-oriented care of our guests at the cafe bar as well as professional advice and recommendation of products
• Ensuring high quality and attractive presentation of our offer (coffee, tea, cocoa specialties, snacks, etc.).
• Compliance and monitoring of hygiene regulations and quality standards

Your ingredients

• Completed training as a hotel specialist (m/w/d) or restaurant specialist (m/w/d)
• Knowledge of the professional preparation of coffee, tea and cocoa specialities
• Experience in leadership and motivation of employees
• Embossed service orientation and joy in dealing with guests
• Self-employed, structured and responsible work
• High level of commitment, team capacity and flexibility
• Well-maintained appearance and positive appearance
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing and good knowledge of English required
