You prepare the monthly fee bill for a defined employee group and make sure the error-free transfer of the booking documents You independently assess matters relevant to pay, taking into account labour, tax and social insurance regulations – including cross-border employee assignments You manage the contracts for occupational retirement and work closely with our external bAV service provider You create statistics, support in audits and transfer the correspondence with health insurance funds, social security institutions and authorities

You have completed a training course for staff or a study with a focus on staff You have several years of professional experience in pay billing and administrative personnel You have a well-founded knowledge of pay tax, labour and social security law Ideally, you have practical experience in the field of sending abroad and taxing abroad You draw your attention through a careful, independent, flexible and reliable way of working You are strong in communication and a team player You have a hand-on mentality and work independently You have very good German and good English skills
