THESE APPROACH // Supporting our HR business partners in operational human resources management personnel measures from the entry to the exit of an employee, for example onboarding and Compilation of work contracts and certificates) // Recruitment and support of trainees // Participation in applicant management such as appointment of interviews and interviews via Team // Support in university marketing, for example by preparing trade fairs and participation and // Insights into personnel development and independent planning and organisation of internal and External training // Take over administrative tasks such as appointment coordination and presentations // Working with special tasks as well as current HR projects and introducing ideas for continuous improvement of our HR processes

THERE // Student (m/w/d) of the discipline BWL, Social Sciences or Humanities, preferably with the Focus on staff // Ideally first practical experiences in the HR field, also through study projects, internships or working student activity // Safe handling of MS Office // Self-employed and reliable operation // Good communicative skills and joy in dealing with people // Good English knowledge
