Your tasks:

• Line of a layer with about 10 employees
• Testing of production documents for completeness
• Machine and personnel deployment planning
• Programming/correcting CNC-controlled milling machines with 4-/5 axis control (Siemens 840D)
• Self-preparation and repetition of series parts
• Adjust the test equipment required for processing
• Optimize and import programs
• Involving measurement technology to support
• Introduction and monitoring of 5S

Your profile:

• Completed training as a toolmaker (m/w/d), machining mechanic (m/w/d) or an equivalent occupation (even with master and/or technician training)
• Very good knowledge in the field of CNC milling are of course for you due to your professional career
• Responsibility and leadership competence
• ready to 2-layer (3-layer if necessary)
