In the Ev. Johanneswerk we all work on a common good work: we care and accompany people who need support. Around 7,500 employees contribute to this in more than 70 institutions of old aid, integration aid and in our clinics and kitas. The house with 94 seats is quiet and yet close to the shopping streets of Marl. Eight manageable living areas allow our residents to have privacy and encounter. With the concept of reference care, we look at individual needs and create the greatest possible self-determination and a habitat for feeling well.

You plan, coordinate and control the workflows and personnel use in your living area and thus promote needs-oriented care and care. You are collaboratively shaping your leadership as part of the principles of Ev. Johanneswerk.

You have a completed vocational training as a examinated nurse (examinated nursing caregiverin or nurse or nursein; a completed training for residential management, responsible nursing staff or the willingness to qualify. Good if you were: bringing professional experience in a comparable position, have experience with computer-assisted care documentation and personnel deployment planning.
