Strategy & Roadmap: You define product, market and sales strategies and develop clear, future-oriented roadmaps. Product development with influence: You control interdisciplinary development projects (hardware and software) and define requirements for our embedded solutions – always close to the market and the needs of our customers. Numbers, data, responsibility: You assume responsibility for costs, define price strategies and calculate economically viable season models. Marketing & Communication: You position “your” products convincingly in the market – among other things through specialist articles, white papers, presentations and trade fair appearances. Sales Enablement: You equip our sales and external partners with the appropriate tools: brochures, demos, trainings and materials for successful product launches. Lifecycle & Marktfeedback: You manage your products over the entire life cycle – from market launch to end-of-life. Here you analyze markets, define EOL strategies and ensure continuous success control. The location can also be occupied at our Peiting location.

Complete technical studies, e.g. electrical engineering, computer science, communications technology or similar, or comparable training. Either: Multiannual experience in product or project management in the embedded environment Or: Found experience in the development of embedded systems (hardware or software) with the desire to switch to product management Good understanding of product development processes, from idea to market launch Knowledge of market analysis, product positioning or business development of advantage Interest in or first experiences with business questions, e.g. price definition, cost calculation Communication strength and fun in interdisciplinary cooperation Structured, independent working and high self-initiative Very good knowledge of German and English readiness to travel
