As a CNC machine operator milling technology (m/w/d) in special machine construction, you contribute significantly to the quality and performance of our individual machine solutions. You take over the independent processing of complex milling parts, ensure precise and timely production and are responsible for the entire processing process from work preparation to final quality control. Through your responsible and structured operation, you can ensure smooth production processes and make an important contribution to the efficiency and reliability of our special machines.

The position is located at our EMEA plant in Hannover, Germany. That's what you expect: As CNC Machine Operator Milling (m/w/d) your tasks include: Self-determining, programming and operation of CNC milling machines to ensure an efficient and quality-oriented manufacturing process Creation, adaptation and continuous optimization of CNC programs to Heidenhain controls to improve process reliability and processing quality Programming and work preparation on the computer using suitable CAD/CAM software to support efficient and precise production (required) Maintenance, management and structured placement of CNC programs in the program database to ensure transparency, reusability and version security Production of individual parts as well as small series according to technical drawings in compliance with predetermined quality, time and cost targets Conduct careful measurement, functional and quality controls of the manufactured components to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards Careful maintenance of machine tools and professional implementation of all maintenance work according to the specified maintenance plans

Complete vocational training as a machining mechanic:in, industrial mechanic:in or comparable technical qualification Multiannual professional experience in the field of CNC milling, ideally in single and small series production Very good and practical knowledge in CNC programming with Heidenhain controls Experience in CNC programming on PC with the use of appropriate software Structured, careful and independent operation to ensure efficient and stable manufacturing processes Excellent quality awareness as well as a high level of sense of responsibility in handling machines, components and processes
