Working Student Receivables Management (m/f/d)

We are the Renault Retail Group Germany. As part of the internationally operating Renault Group, we are represented with around 730 employees at 13 locations in the metropolises Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Munich, Cologne and Hamburg.

Our core business is the sale of our Renault, Dacia and Alpine vehicles. We also complete the service after sale.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a working student receivable management (m/w/d) for our branch in Hamburg.

Support for customer service in the area of receivable management, especially participation in the application of open invoices Independent communication with external customers and insurance companies Telephone consultation with insurance for the status of accident damage Interface to service and administration in relation to requirements Provision of documents for individual cases Creation of reports and analyses (depending on qualifications)

Current study, preferably BWL Interest in commercial relationships and ideally an affinity for the automotive industry Structured, reliable and independent operation Strong communication in word and writing as well as safe expression on the phone Very good Excel characteristics as well as number affinity Availability of about 15–20 hours per week
