The Stiftung Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie (NRD) has been supporting people for 125 years. In addition to the work area of integration aid, NRD is engaged in youth assistance, old aid and inclusion companies. Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Do you want to work in an experienced team with different professions and have a lot of design space? Reliability and trust are important to you? Then you're gold right with us! 17 people with mental and physical impairment live in our “An der Kapelle” accommodation unit. The bright, modern and demand-oriented house with a large garden is located in the middle of the old town of Groß-Gerau and is firmly anchored in the town centre. Shopping and cultural activities as well as the railway station are within walking distance. Darmstadt, Frankfurt and Wiesbaden are only 20 minutes away.

So your day looks like • Together with your team you accompany our residents with empathy and humour through the day and shape the leisure time • You work with exciting people, help them with a self-determined life and strengthen them with different sensory perceptions • You help with basic care (support when moving, showering etc.) and care for emotional well-being • For the best possible support, you work closely with the Housing Group and our NRD experts who are at your side at work

We wish you • You have a training as a social assistant, nursing assistant (m/w/d) or the like • As an alternative, you are very welcome with us as cross-comers. • First experiences in working with people with mental and partial physical impairment are advantageous, but no prerequisite • Commitment, empathy and fun on team work
