Caretaker for our inpatient youth welfare facilities (m/f/d)

We are a Frankfurt Foundation of Public Law founded in 1679. As an institution of the outpatient, semi-stationary and stationary youth aid, we aim to stabilize the personal, social and economic independence of children and young people. For two of our stationary facilities we are looking for a dedicated one at the next time

Full-time or part-time (min. 75%)

the completion of all existing mastery activities in the foundation's stationary facilities, in particular the Mutter-Kind-Haus (Ffm-Riedberg) and the residential and day group PES (Ffm-Sachsenhausen) the independent implementation of repair, maintenance and maintenance work in and on buildings and building equipment the maintenance and control of external installations the monitoring of industrial plants coordination and support of external craft firms ensuring general order, cleanliness and road safety support for relocations, renovations and official visits fire protection and the activities as safety officers key management and, if necessary, courier trips the representation of other masters
