Responsibility: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team in the preparation of work and targeted further development of employees. Projects successfully target: coordination and interface management between planning, design, manufacturing and purchasing for efficient and timely project implementation. Making processes active: identification of optimization potentials and continuous development of internal workflows and cross-departmental processes. Planning ahead: participation in the planning of production resources and in the implementation and coordination of production assignments. Ensure quality: monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality standards, technical specifications and relevant manufacturing requirements.

Complete technical studies in shipbuilding, mechanical engineering or a comparable discipline Insufficient professional experience in work preparation, ideally in the maritime environment Multiannual experience in leadership, motivation and development of teams Very good knowledge of MS Office and experience in handling ERP systems expressed IT affinity; Knowledge of CAD systems of advantage Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed organisational capacity, independent and structured functioning as well as safe occurrence and enforcement High communication and team skills as well as joy in cooperation across departmental boundaries
