Operations manager with a perspective of management (m/f/d)

In this responsible role, you assume the holistic responsibility for the operational and commercial management of the production plant with around 50 employees. You lead the location with an entrepreneurial view and develop the employees in a targeted manner. You serve selected key customers personally and represent the company at customer meetings and business partners. You can bring your own ideas to develop new market and customer potential at any time. The business management of the company, including budget responsibility, preparatory completion and cooperation with external consultants, is also within your responsibility. Last but not least, drive the further development of processes and structures and actively support the introduction and implementation of new IT tools.

In order to successfully take over this function, you have a successfully completed technical training with further training as master or technician or on a degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable subject. You bring well-founded expertise from a metalworking environment, ideally from machining with CNC manufacturing. To do this, you have a solid commercial understanding and point with first experience in dealing with business performance indicators and business relationships. Ideally, you have already gained first leadership experience and understand how to develop, motivate and take employees. You are characterized by the joy of innovation, the sense of responsibility and the clear will of developing into a management role in a perspective. English knowledge is advantageous, but no prerequisite.
