They advise and support our managers and employees in your field of care in all personal and labour law issues along the Employee Life Cycle. They introduce HR processes and ensure their implementation in your area of responsibility (e.g. personnel and cost planning, development planning, compensation planning, perforation review, succession planning and recruiting, on- and off-boarding) They analyse and evaluate human resources (structural, professional and personal) with the executives and implement recommendations for action They contribute to the optimization of HR processes for leaching and implementation of strategic HR initiatives They also support the HR team outside your direct support area, e.g. in recruiting and overarching projects
