Analysis and optimization of business processes in human capital management to increase efficiency and usability Personally responsible customization for the optimal use of SAP HCM solutions Working on the transition of the SAP HCM system landscape to S/4HANA across all project phases Advising the specialist departments in implementing and receiving requirements for the best possible use of the systems Planning and implementation of integration between HCM on-premise systems and SAP SuccessFactors Coordination and monitoring of adaptations and further development of interfaces between systems

A successfully completed study in computer science or in the field of human resources is a fundamental prerequisite for the position Multiannual professional experience as SAP HR Consultant (m/w/d) with first experience in SuccessFactors is desirable Flowing German knowledge and good English skills are required
