First contact for our freight forwarders and customers Processing of orders, delivery notes and invoices Processing and settlement of complaints Support in the preparation and verification of customs documents Correspondence with internal and external contacts Monitoring General office organisation and team support

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Self-employed, structured, reliable and solution-oriented operation Embossed communication skills and customer orientation Secure handling of MS-Office; Basic knowledge of SAP is desirable Teamplayer
