Number: MER0003RIL At Global Customer Service and Parts, we accompany the entire life cycle of Mercedes-Benz and smart vehicles, from the service-oriented design of our products, to market launch and product support and probation. We support service organisations worldwide. We work with our partners from development, production, purchasing, sales, legal and quality. With the team ''Technisches Liaison Office VAN & Digital After-Sales PKW', consisting of 12 highly motivated and sympathetic employees, we represent the following main tasks: Using digital tools in after sales

Supporting visualization options (3D, Extended Reality (XR))

Use of artificial intelligence in the after-sales area

We support each other in the team and communicate clearly and directly. If you want to be part of our motivated team, we look forward to meeting you. These challenges include: Creation and programming of reports from various IT systems

Simplification of data analyses

Generating automatic status and data evaluations for specific customer topics

Search of customer complaints

Participation in project tracking and possibly Date coordination

Creation of presentation and decision templates

Support for VR/MR applications

Support in the XR environment

The internship can start from November 2025.

Course in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Project/Process Management or a comparable degree course

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

knowledge of Power-BI

Experience in Python desirable

Social competence and communication skills

Team skills

Analytical thinking and strategic working

Basic technical understanding

Interest in automotive technology and after-sales service processes are desirable
