Responsibility for the regular updating and adaptation of guidelines and manuals of IT compliance (data protection, information security) according to current laws, regulations and regulatory requirements Advice and control of various departments to ensure the effective implementation of IT compliance requirements (data protection, information security) as well as control and enforcement of internal policies and corporate values Support in the creation of contract supplements in the context of order processing Implementation of data protection and compliance audits and participation in internal or external audits (e.g. service provider audits) Coordination and implementation of training and workshops to raise awareness of IT compliance issues Prevention and treatment of possible data breaches Implementation of data protection and compliance audits and participation in internal or external audits (e.g. service provider audits) Planning and implementation of measures to improve awareness with regard to data protection and information security (e.g. action days/phishing simulations)

Completed studies in the field of law, economics, business informatics or a comparable degree or qualification with relevant professional experience Multiannual experience in the data protection organisation of a company (e.g. data protection officer, coordinator) or in a control or supervisory position with a detectable focus Knowledge of industry-relevant legal regulations and standards (especially EU GDPR, BDSG, DORA, EU-AI ACT) Communication strength and ability to convey complex data protection concepts and requirements Analytical skills for identifying and evaluating data protection risks Perfect German and very good English skills
