In-house lawyer / fully qualified lawyer in labour law (m/f/d)

You work in the Labour Law area, report directly to our Chief People and Service Officer, and are the central contact person for complex collective and collective issues. It is not difficult for you to identify the effects of the agreements in business. With your expertise, you will design cooperation with the Group and General Management Board and develop operational regulations to achieve the company's strategic objectives. In the course of this, you review, negotiate and create comprehensive cross-group operating arrangements, balancing interests and social plans – including internal and external correspondence. You will also be able to provide legally secure contract templates and forms for staff and train the organization in terms of labour law topics. Further on your agenda: the work-related creation or testing and release of the fonts assigned to your responsibility area. Of course, you always have a look at our entire tariff landscape as well as all GBR/KBR operating arrangements. In addition, you are working on diverse HR projects (e.g. standardization of tariffs within the group). The careful control and active support of external partners complete your task field.

Successfully completed law studies. As an alternative: business lawyer. Several years of professional experience: e.g. as HR Business Partner or Syndicus Prosecutor / lawyer in a company, association or chamber. You have extensive experience in collective labour law and business constitutional law, in the implementation of current jurisdiction in practice, in cooperation with executives and with co-determination bodies. At the same time, you are a pragmatic and result-oriented person who drives solutions. Sovereign appearance, teamability and persuasiveness as well as the ability to explain complex facts in a comprehensible way. You are social partners. Very good knowledge of English in word and writing.
