As a construction manager (m/w/d) for regional construction, you take responsibility for the smooth implementation of our turnkey and energy-efficient construction projects. You are the central contact person for all works and ensure that everything is perfectly interlocked at the end. Their main activities Construction management in housing, office, industrial and commercial construction: You coordinate, manage and monitor the entire construction design under technical and economic considerations Ensuring the quality of the building: You ensure compliance with the recognised rules of technology as well as the GOLDBECK products, systems and processes and thus ensure a high-quality construction by incorporating Lean methods and BIM technology Subcontractor services: participation in the tendering and awarding of subcontractors Benefits: You coordinate the services of GOLDBECK and ensure that You are integrated into the construction process smoothly.
