In 3 years, we will show you how to carry out chemical, physical and microbiological studies on dairy products – and thus to secure the various production steps. You learn how to take samples, analyze them in depth with modern laboratory equipment and record your findings in a documentary manner. With regard to additives and packaging materials, your controlling look is also in demand, as you ensure consistently high quality. We teach you what you need to know about the elements water and air, how cleaning agents work in detail and why the factor hygiene is so important. Block teaching at the vocational school makes you fit to demonstrate living systems in detail – and you can learn how to capture data and optimally organize manufacturing processes.

You have a good school degree or a very good school degree. Good grades in mathematics and in the field of natural sciences You are an open-minded, self-confident and communication-strong personality.
