For our location in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a project manager (m/w/d) for environmentally friendly construction monitoring. You accompany demanding construction and infrastructure projects and ensure the professional implementation of environmental and nature conservation requirements.

Local construction monitoring for complex construction and infrastructure projects taking into account environmental and nature conservation requirements (general, nature conservation, waste/oil, water protection) Ensuring compliance with environmental requirements and requirements arising from planning procedures in implementing construction measures Interface communication between building supervision, environmental and nature conservation authorities, builders and building companies as well as other project participants in environmental matters Consultation of the builder in environmental and conservation issues incl. Solution and concept creation Responsibility for technical and economic project processing taking into account environmental requirements First contact for contracting entities and authorities in environmental issues and requirements Personnel responsibility for the project team Participation in the development of competence in the team of the branch and in the further development of the Department of Environmental Engineering

Successfully completed environmental studies, e.g. in the field of environmental engineering, biology, landscape architecture, national care, geoecology or comparable Completed additional training (certificate) for the recognised “Environmental Construction Monitor” in accordance with Environmental Guide VII of the Federal Railway Agency (EBA) Multiannual professional experience as project manager in environmental engineering or environmental planning Safe occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement Knowledge of relevant environmental and environmental standards, regulations and directives commitment and interest in team-oriented and at the same time independent work with high quality awareness Readiness to travel to specific projects within the framework of construction and infrastructure projects within Germany Good knowledge of German in Word and Writing (min.
