Senior site manager turnkey construction (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for several demanding construction projects and, together with the management team, shape the future of our branch. Strategic project manager: As Head of Construction (m/w/d), you take over the strategic and administrative management of several (large) construction sites or complex construction projects. You can manage your projects in terms of dates, costs, quality and cost. Leadership & Coach: You guide and develop your construction managers, polishers and project teams professionally and disciplinaryly. With your experience you create a working environment that is characterised by trust, ownership and cooperation. Entrepreneurs & decision makers: You are responsible for the calculated construction site result, make informed technical and economic decisions and manage contract, after-sales and risk management with a wide view. Communicator & Networker: As a central contact person, you represent our company to builders, planners, entrepreneurs and other project participants. You will focus on a partnership and solution-oriented approach to all stakeholders. Innovation designer: You identify optimization potentials, introduce new ideas and continuously develop processes, working methods and projects.

Your profile – professionally strong. Humanly convincing. You bring well-founded experience in high and industrial construction, especially in turnkey construction, and convince with your personality as well as your leadership style. Studyed professional: completed studies in civil engineering or architecture. Experienced project manager: multiannual experience in the management of raw or turnkey projects and in the management of complex construction projects or large-scale projects. Leadership personality: You lead construction managers and project teams both professionally and disciplinaryly, develop employees and create a trusting, partnership-based cooperation. Business & structured: You have pronounced project management competence, economic thinking and experience in contract, after-sales and risk management. Authentic & enthusiastic: You are an honest, open personality with a high degree of personal maturity, act in a solution-oriented manner and inspire for demanding construction projects. Innovative & digital: You introduce new ideas, work efficiently and securely with Microsoft Office as well as design-specific applications (e.g. iTWO, Powerproject); Knowledge of BIM and Lean Construction is advantageous.
