Complete studies in electrical engineering or comparable Wide experience in different engineering areas Experience in leadership of employees and in the motivation and development of a team Experience in the active control of internal and external stakeholders to achieve common objectives Wide knowledge in the fields of electronics, development processes, development of electronic devices, assemblies and modules as well as standards in military electronics Impressed communication skills in environments with divergent objectives Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving competence Practical behaviour and a “hands-on” mentality Very good knowledge of German and English
