Maintenance work at our industrial customers in the area of heating / sanitation / ventilation as well as cold air / compressed air and media pipe Maintenance / repair work in maintenance Conversions and new buildings in the areas of sanitary / heating / ventilation within the works of our customers Digital documentation of the activities carried out via mobile devices (e.g. maintenance logs) Standby and emergency services Destructive and maintenance operations outside the site, independent and in the team

Training as a service technician / plant mechanic SHK or a comparable training (e.g. gas installer / water installer / heating builder / pipeline builder / Monteur) Advantage: Further qualifications such as VDI 6022 / 6023 or Sprinklerwart Technical understanding, ideally with willingness to further education Class B driving licence desirable and German knowledge at least Level B2 Self-employed, structured working methods as well as high operational readiness, team capacity and communication strength
