Head of Accounting / Accountant (m/f/d)

Financial accounting: You secure the ongoing creditor, debitor and asset accounting of our group companies and also work in the booking processes. Conclusions and reporting: You will first complete monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB and partly IFRS and participate in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements. Liquidity and receivables: You tax the payment and receivable management and take the liquidity planning in coordination with the CFO. Taxes & reporting: You coordinate tax-relevant topics with our tax advisor, accompany sales tax registrations within Europe and ensure the required reporting obligations. Intercompany & participations: You carry out intercompany accounting and take over the holistic financial management of our affiliates and subsidiaries. Guided tour & organisation: You guide our team in accounting professional and disciplined and, among other things, manage personnel planning, working time management and further training within the area. Processes & digitization: You are developing our accounting processes, supporting the implementation of relevant system and financial processes and driving the digitalization and the meaningful use of AI in accounting.

Qualification: You have a further education on the account holder or a comparable qualification. Business studies are advantageous. Professional experience: Ideally, you already bring professional experience in accounting and accounting. However, we are critical of sound expertise, self-initiative and the motivation to move something. Management competence: First leadership experience is helpful. Equally important is that you want to lead and develop a team. Accounting knowledge: You have well-founded knowledge in accounting according to HGB. Knowledge of IFRSs is advantageous. Commercial understanding: You have a good understanding of financial relationships and can safely classify key figures and prepare them for business decisions. Working methods: You work structured, independent and reliable and keep an overview of complex financial topics and different societies. Teamability: Reliability, Responsibility and joy in team collaboration are yours. Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
