As a store manager with eye-optical expertise, you act as a model and live with a positive and motivating communication our Mister Spex values. You have everything in mind and make sure that all operations and activities relevant to the store are implemented correctly. And together with your team, you position Mister Spex at the location and win the customers of your city for us! You are responsible for sales for the store, analyze the company-internal KPI's and manage the corresponding sales promotions You will refraction and make sure that fractions are carried out in the team as standard You make sure that our customer journey, including the eye-optical consultation, is carried out according to Mister Spex standards With your team, you are responsible for keeping processes and guidelines and, with your ideas, provide valuable input for the further expansion of the company in retail In addition, you stand by our customers when buying their favorite glasses with advice and action

You like to co-ordinate and control processes, bring along the passion for eye optics and pass them on to your team through training? Then we have the right place for you. What you bring You have leadership experience in store management - ideally from optics You have a completed training for the optician/optics master (m/w/d) You are used to define and implement retail processes at store level You work independently and earnings-oriented & conduct monthly business evaluations with area management You recognize talents in your team, motivate and develop them continuously & if necessary also disciplinary measures You have outstanding communication skills and live and promote feedback culture in your Store Team
