Assistant to the Board of Directors (m/f/d)

You plan, coordinate and tax your own appointments, meetings and business trips. Meetings You prepare professionally – including protocols, decision templates and presentations. Act as a competent contact person for internal and external stakeholders and secure a smooth flow of information. Support the Executive Board for strategic projects and take special tasks on its own. You ensure efficient document and information management and work with modern digital tools.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by a further education as a management assistant, European secretary or comparable. Multiannual controlling experience in the top management environment brings you with and are used to dealing with confidential information. You can control MS Office safely and use modern communication and collaboration tools with ease. You communicate fluently and professionally in German and English – further language skills would be an additional plus. You work structured, are a real team player, think solution-oriented and convince by organizational talent, loyalty and resilience.
