To expand our team we are looking for

(m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) – Focus on debitors/booking in general

Support for financial management in the field-related tasks, in particular for internal and external audits, tax and customs audits, and the creation of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS Cooperation with tax advisors and coordination and management of tax decisions Creation of statistical reports, e.g. to the Bundesbank Compilation of gift control Implementation of test and control routines in the area of turnover tax Installation and maintenance of debitor accounts and FI master data (single and mass upload) Implementation of receivable management and analysis Support in the integration and maintenance of electronic accounts and customer documents Acquisition, processing and maintenance of credit and credit limit checks as well as credit insurance and coordination of payment agreements with customers and internal departments clarification and allocation of debitor payments and follow-up of unauthorized deductions and execution of dunning and telephone collection Processing of complaints including correspondence and archiving Examination and processing of deposit accounts

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Continuing training on the account holder:in or several years of professional experience in the financial or financial sector Asset management desirable Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Experience with SAP ERP desirable Structured, careful and self-responsible operation Communication strength, team capacity, resilience and openness Friendly and binding occurrence, even in demanding situations German and good English skills
