Site Management Autism Therapy – Structure and Development (m/f/d)

You take over the overall responsibility for the location and actively shape its development – from the strategic orientation to the operational day-to-day business to the leadership and further development of your team. Always keep in mind the efficient planning and targeted use of resources. In your professional management function, you will lead the therapeutic team with competence and commitment, secure high quality standards and make a significant contribution to the supervision. You plan and coordinate diagnostics, therapy offers as well as family consultations and thus ensure smooth processes and optimal care. The close cooperation with financial institutions, doctors, schools and other cooperation partners is also part of your responsibility and strengthens professional exchange. In addition, you actively shape the development of staff: from the acquisition of new employees, through their incorporation to the continuous promotion and further training of your team. In addition to your management tasks, you can also take yourself into the therapeutic work with children and young people and support their environment – especially the families. As a central contact person, you represent our therapy center to the outside and actively engage in relevant networks and specialist bodies.

You have a successfully completed study in psychology, pedagogy or a comparable field of expertise and bring well-founded knowledge in the autism spectrum as well as in therapeutic contexts – complemented by practical experience. You combine your strong organizational strength with analytical thinking and a secure sense of working with employees. With your communication strength, your negotiation skills and your cooperative work, you can convince both in the team and in exchange with external partners. You deal with digital practice processes, accounting systems and the applicable data protection requirements. Empathy, patience and a clear commitment to an inclusive, client-centric approach are of course for you. You bring the willingness to react flexibly to the requirements of everyday practice and to adapt your working hours accordingly. Your enthusiasm for therapeutic work – especially with children and adolescents – motivates you and impresses your daily action
