Time Coordinator in Wismar (m/f/d)

You are responsible for controlling the time data. These include, for example, the maintenance of the time data, billing activities, as well as the identification of deviations between billing times and attendance times by means of BW tool, as well as their data correction. You act as a contact person for masters and the work preparation for deviations in the billing process and are a contact person for workers in the presence care including corrections. You support our employees in the use of the tools and initiate workflows in the event of disagreement with employees or managers. In addition, you will set up training documents and inform managers about changes to the process. Finally, you are responsible for internal and cross-border coordination with interfaces and participate in regular coordination with the other time data envoys.

You bring a completed professional training or comparable qualification. Ideally, you have experience in the described task field.
