You actively shape the digital transformation in the insurance industry by advising our customers from the insurance industry in the design and implementation of innovative solutions for insurance distribution, such as omnichannel strategies, digital customer contact lines, sales applications or sales remuneration systems.

You will create the interface between IT and specialist, take over coordination and communication between the areas and ensure that technical solutions meet the business requirements. You analyze existing insurance processes, identify optimization potentials and develop tailor-made solutions to increase process efficiency. You design and guide projects in the areas such as: Digitization and automation of sales processes, technical implementation and relaunches of sales applications, establishing new remuneration models and commission systems. You take responsibility in the project management, plan project projects and are the first contact for stakeholders on the customer side.

You bring relevant professional experience from a management consultancy or several years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally in sales-oriented areas focusing on: sales applications, insurance processes, compensation models and commission systems. You have experience in implementing or even managing technical projects – preferably in the context of insurance.

You are passionate about innovative solutions in insurance distribution and bring expertise into topics such as digitalization and omnichannel strategies.

You convince by a pronounced understanding of IT and insurance processes.

You are characterized by high communication strength and strong analytical skills.

You speak fluently German and English and have a completed university degree.
