IT-Administrator - IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services (m/f/d)

We are a team of 70 IT specialists with company headquarters in Ransbach-Baumbach and Berlin. We plan, install and operate highly available solutions in certified data centers in Germany. Our services range from the operation of individual applications to complete IT outlays according to the regulatory requirements for institutions from banking. We manage and monitor the solutions from our locations. We rely on modern and secure IT landscapes. In addition, we develop and operate the collaboration apps mantau and Cocuun, business software for banks and other industries, business intelligence solutions and fraud prevention systems. With many of our products we are market leaders. Our customers include financial service providers, telecommunications companies, non-profit organisations and more.

To strengthen our team we are looking for junior and senior IT administrators (w/m/d).

Planning, installation and operation of highly available virtualized server environments and SaaS solutions in data centers based on VMware, Microsoft Windows and Linux. Operation of emergency systems and backup solutions. Business and Application Management. Release and patch management. Endpoint and Email Security. Mobile Device Management. Monitoring and logging (SIEM) of RZ solutions. Network planning and backup. Installation and operation of Zero Trust Workspaces. Mantau and Cocuun's own developed apps and Jitsi's own video conferencing platform. Implementation of the basic IT protection and ISO 27001.

Complete IT-related training, degree in computer science or comparable qualification. Experience in planning and management of systems and networks in the Microsoft ecosystem. Experience with virtualization via VMware. Experience in planning and management of IT security solutions (Firewall, virus scanner, SIEM). You work independently and conscientiously. ISO 27001 is not a foreign word for you and IT security is your heart as well as us. You have very good German skills (at least C1 level).
