Continuous alignment of the plant and assembly planning (WMP) with the conditions on the construction site and intervention with deviations in terms of technical specifications (yellow guidelines, manufacturer specifications) Continuous adjustment of planned provision of services in relation to debt-to-benefit objective, identify potentials for margin improvement and timely information of the sales for supplementary offer skalkulation Detection and detection of disturbances in the construction process, documentation in the context of disability management and assertion of entitlement to client Avoiding liability and warranty claims Responsibility for the planning, control and monitoring of construction processes Ensuring trouble-free construction through timely material requirement Ensure the construction process according to applicable guidelines Staff requirements planning in coordination with the project manager Monitoring and acceptance of after-contracting services Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Monteures Compliance with labour law, environmental, insurance and technical laws

You have completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering and mechatronics At least 3 years of professional experience in technical fire protection, e.g. in the installation or maintenance of safety systems Structured and independent operation High level of customer orientation, sense of responsibility and personal commitment You have first experience in building site management and have already gained first leadership experience
