HafenCity, Billebogen, Grasbrook and the Science City Hamburg Bahrenfeld are responsible for the development of four highly complex urban future projects in Hamburg. This is about challenges to which modern metropolises have to find answers and to which You have a special responsibility.

In the new urban development areas Billebogen, Grasbrook and the Science City Hamburg Bahrenfeld, these approaches are consistently further developed. HafenCity Hamburg GmbH sets progressive development impulses and offers one of the most extensive and exciting areas of work in the industry – from conception to implementation to operation and management.

Examination and collection of contracts in a project cost database Processing of invoices and guarantees Support for budget audit and economic planning Other commercial assistance activities

Advanced study Economics, Business Administration, Financial Management or Comparative Studies (continuation of at least 1 year) First experience in finance and controlling Secure handling of MS Office, especially with Excel and Outlook Precise and careful operation Embossed team and communication skills German language skills in word and writing

Possibility of gaining experience in urban development and participation A payment between EUR 15.00 and EUR 16.50 per hour Flexible working hours of about 10 to 20 hours per week (by appointment) Responsive and varied activities A good and valuable working environment in a friendly and motivated team
