for 12 to 20 hours/week

Care of personal data using our HR software systems

Processing of employee requests such as time detection or mistime management

Preparation of various contractual documents (e.g. internship contracts)

Preparation of evaluations and PowerPoint presentations

Own organization of onboarding for new employees

Creation of work certificates

Participation in integration and mobility concepts (e.g. Welcome formats, materials, workshops)

Support for international employees in onboarding and integration (governments, housing search, everyday organization)

Strong support in various HR projects

Good English knowledge of word and writing

Knowledge of the professional handling of the current MS Office programs
