You represent our company against our national and international OEM customers and ensure the fast and competitive handling of customer complaints; Support our customers in fault analysis and provide an analysis of the causes. In the case of discrete product defects, initiate internal processes or Analysts, provide the necessary documentation and ensure the sys­tematic error correction; in the case of installation and handling errors, allow or con­cile necessary training measures and correcting instructions. You monitor the effectiveness of the measures adopted and, where appropriate, conduct further necessary corrective measures such as product or Process improvements. You follow all necessary quality data and prepare them for entry into customer websites; regular product or Process audits by our customers are also planned and accompanied by you. The fault analysis and management of production as well as the handling of the corresponding components are also part of your tasks due to the cut quantities. At the Dresden site, You act as a competent partner (m/w/d) and enter the quality sector into the respective working groups.

We are looking for a personality for this position with a few years of experience in quality management and an in-depth study or an adequate technical training. In this respect, you have ideally gained experience in the aeronautical industry or in an industry with comparatively high quality requirements. As an analytical and methodological person, you are used to quickly identify various problems, to obtain the necessary technical information and to make fun of them.
