As a working student Process Consultant / Business Analyst (d/m/w/x) you support the team in the field of process management and participate in the optimization of process and IT landscapes. You support the actual process recording and modeling as well as the analysis and further development of end-to-end processes. When creating action models, use cases, process descriptions and training documents, you actively work with you. The use of modern AI-based tools as well as the collaboration of innovative solutions in the field of process management are also part of your task. You participate in the preparation, documentation and further development of various projects and process standards.
