Since 2006 we have been active as an insurance broker pool with headquarters in Augsburg and directors throughout Germany and are now one of the largest pools in Germany on the market. We love insurance and finance and know for their permission. As a company with strong growth, we now manage over a million contracts for our partners: For our director in Dortmund we are looking for Sales Assistant (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) / Office Management in Parttime (20 hours/week)

You take over the assigned tasks independently, perform the assigned tasks on time and coordinate the tasks in accordance with the set objectives and operational regulations. Responsibility for the entire office management, including the management of statistics and their evaluation Creation and evaluation of contractual partner data as conversation or Basis of proceedings Cooperation with the staff of the external offices in the processing of business and complaints Pre- and post-production of various sales operations Support for training, events and internal presentations Preparation of presentation documents, protocol management and participation in controlling Telephone acceptance, mailing and exit

You have a completed commercial training and, if necessary, already experience in the office Characteristics in the insurance industry are advantageous You like to face new challenges You are engaged and like to learn, are friendly and communicative You are safe in handling MS Office as well as stylistic in word and writing You have a high degree of organisational skills and an independent and systematic way of working At the same time you like to take responsibility and enjoy team work
