QHSE Manager (m/w/d)

Strategic development and maintenance of an integrated management system according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Development, coordination and monitoring of annual QHSE targets in coordination with internal stakeholders Introduction, monitoring and optimisation of processes in the areas of quality, safety and environmental protection in compliance with legal regulations Planning and implementation of training and workshops for employees Responsible management of integrated audits according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and active monitoring of corrective actions

Completed degree in mechanical engineering, international management or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in QHSE management, preferably in the care of several locations Found knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards as well as experience in the introduction and maintenance of integrated management systems Experience in managing audits and dealing with certification bodies Embossed communication and team skills and experience in managing projects German and English skills readiness to travel regularly (30%)
