Team Lead Procurement Operations [befristet] (m/f/d)

As Team Lead (m/w/d) Procurement Operations, you take the lead and strategic orientation of the multi-headed POOL-Commodity-Buyer team for two years. You create a valuable, inspiring and performance-promoting working environment, promote talents, give constructive feedback and strengthen health awareness. You will ensure the operative supply of all Dr. Oetker international production sites with raw materials, packaging and commercial goods and find timely solutions for operational challenges. You work closely with internal and external interfaces and control resources efficiently. You are driving the continuous performance of the team by initiating optimizations in the areas of process standardization, digitization and automation and leading international standardization and digitization projects. You co-ordinate the onboarding of new Commodity Buyer and ensure a well-founded professional training as well as necessary system training. You take communication with the POOL Board and represent your team professionally at international level.

You have a completed university degree and several years of professional experience in purchasing, of which at least three years of international experience. Finding knowledge of SAP (S4, BW), common office applications and other purchasing-relevant systems are what distinguishes you. You also have a high affinity for IT and processes. Strategic and analytical thinking, enforcing power and a pronounced affinity among numbers belong to your strengths. You are a high-communication team player with the ability to present and bring flexibility and intercultural competence. You are international traveling and have very good knowledge of German and English.
