The BBR is a federal authority in the department of the Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development and Building (BMWSB). The main tasks are the implementation of construction measures by the Federal Government, in particular for the constitutional bodies and for the ministries in Berlin, Bonn and abroad as well as for the cultural structures of the Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz in Berlin. The Z 3 B “Construction Budget” unit within the “Central Services” department is the service provider for the planning, control and execution of the Bauhaus holding, i.e. the construction and construction costs. From budgetary advice, the payment of the invoices accruing to the control and monitoring of the budget requirements of the federal budget and possible fiscal aspects, a diverse and complex but also interesting task is presented. Participation in measures of financial importance for the budget and support in the drafting of budget proposals and of medium-term financial planning documents Management of budgetary resources allocated to the ‘budgetary, cash and accounting’ (HKR) procedure and related activities (central reinforcements, rebooking, identification of expenditure, completion of overviews, etc.) Instruction of employees and use of the SAP R/3 PSM and VIM module Participation in the clarification of basic issues of medium-scale management, in the interface support to the construction departments and in the preparation of budget overviews on construction measures Creation and development of processes and cooperation in projects Participation and implementation of invoice processing concepts Participation in the design of household structures and coordination of processes
