Your tasks:

• Evaluate new topics and initiatives with regard to their Impact on the value chain
• Identify risks, opportunities and possible Efficiency increases
• Develop sound recommendations together with multifunctional teams to decide on the persecution of Topics to meet
• tapping and maintaining contacts with key persons and Experts from different business areas worldwide
• Supporting cooperation with teams from different Areas of expertise to integrate comprehensive perspectives
• Regular exchange with relevant stakeholders to synergies to create and share knowledge
• Establishing clear methods and processes for industrial applications Assessment of topics
• Ensuring a culture of best practice, including gained insights (Lessons Learned) and more continuous Improvement
• Create and maintain a generic catalogue of industrial Requirements for different areas and processes
• Represent the interests of Chief Industrial in the production and updating processes and methods within Airbus

Your profile:

• Complete degree in engineering, Economics or a comparable qualification
• Over three years of professional experience in the field Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management and Process improvement
• Good knowledge of change management
• 3D and programming skills are desirable
• First knowledge in handling SAP
• German and English skills
