You take responsibility for complex, partially international implementation projects from the sales phase to the successful transfer to maintenance operation. Project overall responsibility in the areas of time, budget, quality and scope You can negotiate in the tension between customer requirements and product strategy and navigate complex stakeholders with political sensitivity Anticipation and Active Avoiding Escalations Management of change management and margin protection in the project Active identification of additional requirements, feature requirements and expansion potentials during the implementation phase Navigate complex stakeholders to C levels Close cooperation with product development, consulting, legal and sales

Multiannual experience in complex software or SaaS implementations Detection of Enterprise Projects Detectable qualifications in classical and agile project management Sovereignty in escalation and conflict situations Strong commercial understanding (project margin, change strategy, scope protection) Experience in international project setups Ability to identify and strategically control political dynamics Structured, predictive working modes German and English Expressed readiness to travel
