You take over the commercial project responsibility, including project controlling for new construction and refurbishment measures in close cooperation with the respective technical project managers and the department management They act as an interface between customers and contractors in terms of the commercial aspects with the planning dialogue for project presentation and regular updating You are responsible for controlling and reporting during the planning and implementation phase and you will follow the project objectives in terms of costs, dates and qualities. They are responsible for refinancing management within the projects and are contact persons within the BLB NRW You process change management incl. Coordination and agreement of refinancing after coordination with technical project responsibility They are responsible for the project's medium drain planning and control and are involved in project-related risk management

You can present a completed (special) university degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the disciplines Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Economics or comparable disciplines. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 11 payment group to the E 12 TV‐L (approximately € 51.700,00 – approx. € 80.300,00 per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
