Portfolio management: Economic responsibility and management of our entire portfolio in the field of training. Business development: Ensuring growth in the field of training, especially in the development of digital education. Distribution: Conception and implementation of sales measures for the entire portfolio. Leadership & Team Management: Team management at the Hannover location and management of the product message. Project management: Project management Partial projects for the continuous development of training and the NSI.

Academic background: Completed academic studies (e.g. Master, Diploma) in the fields of business, economic informatics, law, psychology or administration. Alternatively, you can apply if you have completed university studies (Bachelor, Dipl. (FH)) in the above-mentioned areas or the successful completion of the employee training II. In these cases, a grouping takes place in the next low pay group, in the present case pay group 12 TVöD. Ideally: experience in education management and knowledge in public administration. Working style: self-employed, agile and service-oriented work with high operational readiness. Communication and team skills are of course for you. Digital Competence: Secure handling of MS Office and willingness to work on other computer applications. Leadership motivation: Joy in taking responsibility and accompanying teams through transformati-ons processes. Readiness to learn: openness for continuous further education and training.
