Digital Sales Consultant (m/f/d)

For our sales management we are looking for a full or part-time job at the next possible time Consultant (m/w/d) Digital Sales. This is your field of action: you support the maintenance of the Internet-Filiale 6 (Internet presence) and the S-App including the implementation of media campaigns. You maintain and develop the areas WERO, Payapps and Payback. You take over campaign management and create meaningful reporting. You are responsible for the processes and products in the field of maps and take over the map processing Girocard. You are responsible for contract and release processing within your area. You process deputy complaints about the online and card business. You support the hotline for online banking and are available with questions about the S-App and the card business.

You have successfully completed a training as a banking businessman (m/w/d), IT businessman (m/w/d) or Kaufmann (m/w/d) for digitalization management. You can demonstrate first experience in customer support. You have the pleasure of expanding digital sales. You are characterized by a high technical affinity. You are strong in communication and enjoy daily contact with our customers.
