As Global LMS Manager (w/m/d), you are responsible for the further development and control of our Learning Management System (LMS) worldwide. You create the basis for a structured, efficient and forward-looking learning environment, for employees, partners and customers. You work closely with international interfaces and actively promote innovation in digital learning. LMS strategy and system responsibility: you control and develop the global LMS. You are responsible for the operation and the strategic development of our LMS for internal and external target groups and ensure stable, secure and data protection-compliant use. Governance, Standards and Compliance: You establish standards and governance. You define global processes, role and authorization concepts and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. International roll-out and enablement: You drive the international roll-out. You control the global introduction and further development of the system, enable our country companies through training and guidelines and strengthen the use as a central learning platform. Reporting, quality and transparency: You ensure transparency and quality. You design reporting, KPIs and documentation, ensure auditability and data integrity and develop training and knowledge documents. Digital Learning Innovation and further development: You create innovation in digital learning. You prioritize requirements, use data and trends to optimize and actively drive new technological solutions.

Complete studies, e.g. in education, media, economic education, (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification focusing on digital learning Multiannual experience in the care, administration and development of LMS/LXP systems, ideally in the international environment Understanding system architectures, interfaces and role and authorization concepts High IT affinity and experience with user management and digital learning formats (e.g. SCORM) Structured, process-oriented mode of operation and pronounced organizational capacity Experience in international stakeholder management and the management of complex topics Communication strength, persuasiveness and the ability to inspire people for new things Ideally experience in project management and in the training and skills of users:inside Very good knowledge of German (C2) and good knowledge of English (at least B2); Other languages are advantageous
